INVOICES

The merchandise cannot be shipped to Jamaica without an invoice, please
fax a copy to our Forwarder. Original must be mailed to us

All invoices must have:

A. Order Number
«
B. Ship date
«
C. Cancel date
«
D. A proper description of
items must be on the invoice.
Invoices with improper description will be returned to the Supplier.
SHIP DATE/CANCEL DATE
n
No merchandise is to be shipped before the set ship date or received into
Antilles after the set cancelled date; unless authorized by the buyer or the
Purchasing Manager.
n
A charge back fee of 1 % will be taken off the total invoice on any
shipment that is shipped after the ship date or received into the Antilles
warehouse after the cancelled date.
Back Orders or Short Shipment
n
All orders are to be shipped COMPLETE. Back Orders will not be accepted
unless Supplier has been given authorization from Lee’s Fifth Avenue prior to
shipment.
n
A 1% charge back fee will be deducted from the supplier’s invoice on
any order that is short shipped without the Purchaser’s or his Manager’s
authorization.
