Rewards Card Terms of Use

The following further Terms and Conditions apply to the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Program and all transactions relating thereto:

  • The Cardholder will receive one point for every $100 dollars spent.
  • Rewards will be given in increments of 250 points.
  • The Cardholder will receive a Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Voucher at $500 for every 250 points awarded.
  • The Cardholder must present his Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card at the time of each transaction in order to receive points for transaction. The Cardholder will not receive points for transactions made without presentation of the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card duly signed on the back by the Cardholder.
  • Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Vouchers will be issued every ninety (90) days
  • Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Vouchers are valid for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days from the validation date.
  • The Cardholder must present his Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Vouchers
  1. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Program is run by the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited . Execution of the Application for a Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card indicates agreement by the applicant Cardholder to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and to receive correspondence mail including special offers, news release information and catalogues from Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited.
  2. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card remains the property of the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited and must be returned to Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited upon request and may be retained, with draw or cancelled at any time by Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited. Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited reserves the right not to re-issue a Lee’s Fifth Avenue Card to a prior Cardholder.
  3. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card is neither a credit nor a debit card and is to be used for identification purposes association with the operation of the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Program only.
  4. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Program balance is calculated on the final amount of each receipt exclusive of any tax.
  5. All returns and credits will be deducted from points awarded.
  6. Unless otherwise specified by Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited, the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Card benefits are not available Lee’s Fifth Avenue gift certificate purchases.
  7. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue rewards Program is applicable on Lee’s Fifth Avenue gift certificate redemptions by Cardholders.
  8. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Program is not applicable to trade purchases.
  9. The Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Card can only be used by the Cardholder and must be presented by the Cardholder with a valid photo ID. acceptable to Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited.
  10. All Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards accrue in the Cardholder’s name only and cannot be assigned, sold, refunded, transferred, or exchanged, other than being exchanged for a Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Voucher.
  11. Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited reserves the right at any time to vary all or any of the Terms and Conditions and any part of the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Program subject to thirty (30) days notice being provided to the Cardholder.
  12. Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited may in its absolute discretion terminate the Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Program giving the Cardholder thirty (30) days prior notice.
  13. Lee’s Fifth Avenue Limited accepts no reponsibility whatsoever and shall under no circumstances be held liable to damages as a result of the loss, theft, damage, destruction or misuse of a Lee’s Fifth Avenue Reward Card or Lee’s Fifth Avenue Rewards Voucher.
  14. Notices to Cardholders will be placed in a daily newspaper and shall be deemed conclusive evidence of service on the Cardholder.
